  Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com.

  If you’re creating a site using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – they provide support for that version of WordPress.
