Unprocessed imported theme

  I imported a theme to wordpress, following the direction. Yet, on the page it says :
  “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
  I has now been 3 days… So I am contacting you.

  You cannot import a theme. Is the content all imported?

  It seems like nothing has been imported. It literally has been showing “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.” for 3 days.
