Unpublish Inactive Website for Neighborhood Association
-
This website has not been updated since 2018. We are a completely volunteer neigborhood association. The volunteers who created this site are no longer active, live in the neighborhood or will respond to outreach. No one currently involved with the neighborhood association knows how to access this account. We believe that the user name was southwoodofficers and password was Crockett. We believe that the creators might have been Heather Strout ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) or Joan Owens ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), We have not been able to reach either. Having this site appear when people search for Southwood Neighborhood Association is confusing. We would like to deactivate, unpublish, remove so that it doesn’t appear in a search. Grateful for your attention and help.

Hi @marion2615
I apologize for the delayed response, as we are working on more support requests than usual.
I checked the site, and it appears that you have managed to take over the site. If you need to set the site to private away from Public view, please refer to our guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/make-your-website-private/
Let me know if you have other questions.
