Unpublish site

I need to use this domain name under a different hosting site. How to I “unpublish” this site on wordpress without loosing my domain name, so that I may use it elsewhere?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com is the top level domain here and all our free hosted blogs are on .wordpress.com sub-domains. All Blogger blogs are on blogspot.com subdomains.

No. I want to use the domain name slegend.com at go daddy.com. and make the website there with a pkg I bought.
However since I’ve already “published” a site here with that domain I am not allowed to use it over at go daddy. I want to take the site down here without loosing rights to the domain, so I can use it there……make sense now?

The top level domain here is wordpress.com
All blogs are on subdomains like http://slegendfiction.wordpress.com and what the sub-domain is does not matter.re: the domain URL slegend.com

There is no domain mapping upgrade for slegend.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/Thus I don’t see your problem and don’t know what godaddy is on about.

You can’t use slegendfiction.wordpress.com at Godaddy or take slegendfiction.wordpress.com with you – I see no content on that blog – you can take your content if you want to Godaddy – – if you “unpublish” the site (delete it from here) you loose it forever anywhere –
