Unpublish site but keep emails live

    We’ve unpublished out website as the business is closing, however, we’re now not receiving emails. How can we still receive emails whilst the website isn’t live to the public? I hope that makes sense!

    Hi,

    So I’m assuming that you are referring to emails associated with the xvsltd.com domain that you recently canceled?

    If so, that is the crux of your problem. You can’t get emails to go to a particular domain if the domain does not exist.

    So, if that is the issue, we’ll need to get that sorted out and get the domain back to your account again.

    Let us know if I’m understanding the problem correctly and we can move forward. Or, if I’m misunderstanding, let me know that too!
