  I did not want my site to be published yet….how can I cancel that?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  Good morning. I hope you’re doing great.

  To unpublish your website, go to https://wordpress.com/sites/settings/site/YOURWEBSITE.wordpress.com. Under Settings → Privacy, select the Private option as shown in the screenshot below.

  Then, your site will only be visible to you and the logged-in members you approve. Everyone else will see a login screen.
