Unreachable user domain expiration without notice

    a domain I have and that is managed through your services has reset and now is directed back at your servers. I can’t access my right wordpress user (I’ve received messages in the past to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I can’t access the account using that mail. it is possible that I had a different mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) when I created the account but later I’ve used a newer email) . last year I got a message about auto renewal of the account to my gmail.

    I can see that last year I’ve received a renewal email and this I didn’t receive one.

    my site has reset to an unusable state without and notice. and I can’t find a way to access the user , manage the domain or access your support services directly.

    please help me clear up this mess quickly

    I’m looking for a way to reach wordpress.com support, I’ve paid for the domain for a few years and now without notice the domain has reset back to the old wordpress dns (it was hosted on a different server) and I can’t access my wordpress account. I have the renewal notice from last year but nothing from this year.

    it is urgent that I reach support to solve this problem
    this question was made for a different wordpress account I had that was connected to talialink.com

    I’ve checked in the wordpress site and found that the domain is expired I have not received and mail regarding renewal

    I think I have an account number I got when I redirected the domain if that will help

    it is quite urgent since my site is down, I’ve tried any form of communication I could find on the site and received no answer, I can’t understand how is it possible that I received no notice (I’ve checked both inbox and spam folder) I’m locked out of my previous account and can’t find a way to rectify the situation

    This is a duplicate thread and will simply frustrate your attempts to get help. What you are doing to get attention more quickly is counterproductive.

    By posting to more than one thread and/or by bumping your existing thread here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wordpress-blog-took-over-a-current-website?replies=18#post-1336313 you are moving the date stamps and time stamps further forward meaning it will take longer to get help.

    So it’s been more than two days now without a real support, without taking responsibility for your mistakes. You are causing me a HUGE dammage. HUGE. This is your costumer service? it’s a total outrage!
