Unrecognised bank transactions from wordpress

  I’ve just noticed Unrecognised bank transactions from wordpress on my bank card, when I contact the bank they say they can only give me a refund for the last 13 months of transactions, but there has been money taken from my bank account yearly in august since 2018.

  Would you be able to look into this for me please and issue me a refund? Just to confirm I have not surprised this or ever registered my card details with WordPress.
