Unrecognized billing charges

    Greetings,

    I hold 2 different wordpress accounts associated with the following emails:

    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    All subscriptions and charges related to all accounts I own with wordpress were successfully cancelled over a year ago. However, I have recently been charged $19.00.

    Please reverse this charge immediately and update cancellation of all subscriptions related to this credit card. Failure to do so will result in a charge dispute with the credit card merchant and further legal action.

    All subscriptions must stop charging immediately.

    Hi there!

    I checked the records and found that the payment was for the automatic renewal of the domain registration, 365daysofca.com. The domain is registered on a different WordPress.com account, not your @girlenginerde1c3951fb3 account you’re posting from.

    We can still cancel the domain for you and issue a refund. Are you sure you no longer need this domain? Once you cancel a domain, it can be impossible to get it back.
