Unrecoverable lost login and blog closure

I am film maker, and I used to publish some videos on a tiny wordpress website, “https://creationsmonreve.wordpress.com/”. Unfortunately, because of a mailbox hacking, I lost ID, password and the way to get a new one. Then, I lost access to my website… Then I had to clone it, using an external web hosting (OVH), on “https://creationsmonreve.fr/”. But my fear is that my pro site could be considered as an illegal copy of the old one by Google and other, and then deprived of any referencing.
Could you help me to close my old blog (https://creationsmonreve.wordpress.com/) ?

Hi there!
The best thing to do would be to check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
Once you’ve gained access to the account, you’ll be able to close it.

I’m so sorry but all the elements I have are into my mailbox (hacked), and I then i have no access to it ! Then, I can not provide the account recovery form…. But I can prove I am the owner of the website : the address and phone numbers are mine, I am the author of all the videos published on the blog, my name is fully mentioned… I really need to close the old blog !
