Unregistered but you charged for the blog

Good afternoon. Last year I opened a blog (savestreetchildrenuganda) with you but I canceled it a few months later. I emptied the entire blog, unregistered the services and also ordered that no charge will not perform more.
On July the 1st, 2016 I have seen that the amount of 18USD has been charged in my account (I paid with paypal) although I unsubscribed and I have not used the service since the blog is inactive, closed and empty.
Therefore, I ask you to give me back the 18USD who have been charged.

That domain was never cancelled according to our records. You would have received a confirmation via email if it was.
It also looks like that domain was bought using a different account. Only the account that registered a domain can cancel it, so if you still have access to that account please log in as it and reply here, and I can cancel and refund the domain for you.
