unrequested change in presentation setting

Hi,
I saw the presentation of my blog has been changed. I usually post in gallery format and had till one hour ago a nice carousel presentation. At once I get an ugly thumnails column on the left. How can I get back to the original presentation again? I didn’t bring any change by my self!

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
