Unrequested charges

    Hello, I’ve recieved this billing and I do not know where it wass originated. I hace no active sites on wordpress. I’d like a refund.

    Hi there,

    This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like transaction IDs here.

    Those transaction IDs appearing on your statement are not complete, so I cannot find the transactions in our system. But from the amounts I can tell you this is for the renewal of a Personal Plan and a custom domain upgrade.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    When I search for the transaction ID it yeilds back a “No Matches Found” notice.
    I was already charged this same amount last year and I could not find a way to cancel it and refund it. Please help me thourgh this.
    It may be a small figure for you but I’m my country 50 dollars is a very substantial part of my salary.

    Hi, I had a closer look and I think you’re referring to the subscriptions for the site tecnoesteticaysensorium.com, does that ring a bell?

    As @kokkieh mentioned, the transaction IDs are incomplete, are you checking them from a mobile? I wonder if it only lets you see a part that fits the screen.
    Our support team will need the full transaction IDs to be able to help you gain access to that account and cancel your purchases.

    Hi, the only information I have is that on my credit card billing which I originally posted here.
    I have no access to the site.
    A colleague of mine set that site up but I thought we had cancelled it after 2018.
    Could you at least email me the invoice so that I can track it down?
