Unresponsive Mobile and Tablet View

    Hello everyone. I ran into an issue while building a WordPress site for a client. In the customiser page of the WordPress site, I changed the layout to mobile to test the responsiveness. However, anytime I click the hamburger which holds the menu navigation, the screen goes white for a few seconds and the menu closes. This makes it impossible for me to see the changes made to the menu on mobile and tablets. This doesn’t seem to be the case if open the site on another mobile device though. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    I would like to add that I have tried to troubleshoot the problem by using a different browser and clearing my cache. However, the problem still persists.
