  I have encountered a problem with my website: http://www.fashlog.co.ke. It is currently unresponsive, cannot be reached and I cannot either view it, write a new article or even edit my themes. Please help.

  I can see your site, but have to zoom out to view it, I’d suspect there’s something wrong with the formatting. However, you are asking your question on the wrong site and the wrong forum, as your site is on WordPress.org and this is WordPress.com. The two are different. Please go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ scroll down to see their forums and ask your question there.
