  why does support/sales say “all plans including free have no limits. but on

  “Choose the perfect plan” page it only says Unrestricted bandwidth on biz plan?

  So is free limted or not??? in terms of bandwidth and/or traffic , speed limits?

  are personal or premium different than free in that regard?

  are personal or premium different than biz in that regard?

  All of our plans, including the Free plan, come with no limits on bandwidth, traffic, or speed. This means that regardless of the plan you choose, your site will not face restrictions in these areas. The mention of “Unrestricted bandwidth” on the Business plan is to emphasize this feature, but rest assured, it applies to all plans.

  Regarding the differences between the Personal, Premium, and Business plans, they mainly lie in the advanced features and customizations they offer. However, in terms of bandwidth, traffic, and speed, they are all equally unrestricted.

  thanks, for now I am just trying to understand the differences between free and each other. As you just clarified…the plan page is not literally accurate. not a big problem I just want to make sure what I get per feature before deciding.

  For example, I have a biz plan right now that is displaying an external Vimeo OTT iframe embed but the same code in free plan – works in admin preview – but not live. note youtube links work in both. Plan page stated VideoPress at Premium level so again somewhat confusing.

  Thank you for your great questions! :)

  There are some file formats which are available in Business plan and higher, only, and iframe is one of those. A YouTube video added via the link will work on all plans, however.

  The Vimeo embed is different to adding VideoPress videos to your website. VideoPress is a different feature entirely, and is outlined here. Additionally, VideoPress videos do not count against your Business plan storage.

  To confirm, yes, the VideoPress video feature is available from the Premium plan and higher.
