unsaveable and unsaved
-
I have a complete front page on a different machine, connected to the exact same router as the computer I am on now.
the front page ovver there is computer – four sections under ‘Going Crazy’ and two additional large sections.
On that screen – and I have lots of screen shots – the save preview and update buttons are greyed out. when i go to leave the site, it tells me there are unsaved changes. I have saved multiple times. i have attempted to make additional changes to trigger the update button, which has not worked for some time apparently.
that device and connection are working.
i wrote in extensively about my disappointment about the failed security issues i’ve had with wordpress. does your software also not work properly?
my log in otherwise caliscalliope so you will prioritize this missive as i am a paying customer.
thank you.

Hi there,
Can you please confirm for me the URL of the site you’re working on?
You’re posting here as the WordPress.com username,
barrettonian7ad5fb2205. This account is only two days old, and owns only the free site, https://americangaslight.wordpress.com/, also two days old and containing only the default post it was created with, and a static front page. This account has never bought anything from us, and this forum thread is also the first time your account has ever contacted support.
If http://americangaslight.wordpress.com/ is the site you’re working on, please check if clearing your browser cache makes any difference.
Buttons showing as inactive as you describe typically means the code that control them aren’t being loaded, and the browser cache not refreshing properly is one possible cause of that. Another possibility is that a browser add-on is actively blocking some code our site needs to work, so try disabling all browser add-ons you have installed to see if that helps.
