  My blog has been hit with unsavory advertisements on every post. I can’t get rid of them.

  You can: buy purchasing the No Ads upgrade. WP runs ads on our blogs to pay for our hosting, and this was in the Terms of Service you sign when you start a blog here. I generally recommend the No Ads upgrade, expecially for businesses. If the problem isn’t that ads exist, but that they are obscene or otherwise extremely inappropriate, you can report them to staff via your dashboard Help button.
