Unsightly black border appearing at the top of the video

I have a border appearing at top, after black bars disappear, and light grey at bottom.

But last time I loaded video : http://www.contactability.com.au/visa-small-business-awards/It was fine.

I took a look and everything is working properly. Can you please try clearing out your browser cache?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Safari?

Hi,
No! it’s not on Safari, only Firefox! I’ve cleared the cache but it’s still there, also, I just created another thread to ask about the bad quality of the video. The loaded video is very sharp yet the embedded video is very fuzzy.

Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this? You can upload the screenshot to your blog’s media library.
For better quality you can enable the ‘Display higher quality video by default.’ option at https://contactability.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-media.php

OK, have checked display higher quality video by default, but when I view the actual video link, even at full screen, compared to the preview link in full screen or small, it looks very fuzzy.

Do you also encounter this issue from a different computer or mobile device? If that doesn’t help you could try re-uploading the video and see if that makes a difference.
