Hello,
I took out a subscription earlier this year. However, I made every effort not to renew during the year. WP told me it was taken into account.
However, I received an email telling me that I was going to be taken out of the subscription for next year.
I clicked on the link there and it takes me directly to my EMPTY account page of any website and even billing history.
So I didn’t pay attention to it, telling myself that it was automatic but that the debit would not take place.
A few days later, the debit was made (!) On my account. Yet my WP page is still at the same point (no site and billing history).
Proof that I am no longer one of your clients? I can only reach you on the forum.
When I want to go to the link to contact you, it’s EMPTY !!How do we do it?
I would like you to reimburse me but above all that you strike me off your lists so that this problem does not happen again.Remaining at your disposal in private if you want any further information, thank you for looking into my problem and especially for solving it.

Can you please confirm the exact page you checked? I checked the Purchases page for you account at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, and can see both you plan and domain there, and I can see receipts for your payment last year, as well as the recent renewal payment at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
However, I made every effort not to renew during the year. WP told me it was taken into account.
I see you disabled automatic renewal on your domain, coopfrance83520.fr, and that domain will expire in January. But you did not disable automatic renewal on you Personal Plan, and that’s the upgrade that renewed recently.
I’ve gone ahead and reversed the renewal on your plan, and I’ve refunded the €48 payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
You won’t be charged again unless you decide to manually renew these upgrades.
The upgrades will be removed automatically after they expire on 18 January, but if you wish to cancel them completely before then, you can do that from the Purchases page I linked to above.

First I want to thank you for answering me.
I tested the links. I arrive on the WP pages that I already know but nothing appears. There must be a bug.
I thought I had everything canceled. I didn’t notice that there were 2 different “subscriptions”.
Thank you again very much for your gesture and especially for having solved the problem so that it does not happen again next year.
I wouldn’t need this area anymore as it was to take an exam.Have a good holiday season.
