Hi there,
You cancelled three domains with us in June and August last year. But you never cancelled the Personal Plan that was also on your account, and that’s what renewed on 20 November.
You could have cancelled that for a full refund from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, but instead of doing that or contacting support to ask for a refund, it appears you disputed the charge with your bank. Doing that causes the payment to be frozen pending an investigation, making it impossible for us to refund you until the dispute is resolved.
