  Hi, I received a mail saying ‘The domain souvenirsdescales.com on the site ‘souvenirsdescales.wordpress.com’ will renew automatically in 30 days. The 1 WordPress.com upgrade added to your site ‘souvenirsdescales.wordpress.com’ will renew automatically in 30 days.’ How can I cancel this account and do not pay the 26 € ? Kind Regards, Ingrid Aduriz

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  To turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan, do the following:

  You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of our refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.

  You can find more information on cancelling the account at support.wordpress.com and many more information about your account!
