  Hi I’d like to cancel my website and get a refund. I just have chosen another form for marketing and I no longer want to keep paying for it. If I delete the site will i be credited back on my card? Thanks,

  Hi Diana,

  Your site ‘lajollandsandiegohomes.wordpress.com’ appears to be a site with free plan. However, I may be wrong. If you have purchased any upgrade plan and you wish to cancel the same then you can do so on Manage Purchases page.

  To get a refund, you need to cancel your upgrade plan before 30 days of purchase and domain registration before 48 hours. If you are under expiration period, you can claim for a refund.

  Once you cancel the upgrade then you can delete your site by following the link below:

  Note:
  Once you delete your site you can’t have the same domain name. Read the link below before doing so.

  You can instead empty your site
