  You can manage your email subscription here. https://wordpress.com/following/manage You can configure email subscription for individual WordPress.com site you have subscribed to on this page.

  Click on the different tabs on that page to manage different types of notifications. The link provided above will only help you control notifications settings for specific sites you are following, and I see you aren’t following any sites via email at the moment.
