unsubscribe from followup emails

  I made the mistake of checking the follow-up email box on a blog that was freshly pressed. I’m now receiving emails every minute and need to unsubscribe from the follow-up email option. Any help on how this can be done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In one of the emails, click the “unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
