  I would like to unsubscribe from wordpress.com (= delete my account). How do I procede?

  Dashboard -> Options -> Delete Blog.

  Make sure you’re reading that bit on there though as there’s no going back.

  As drmike says, go to:

  Dashboard -> Options -> Delete Blog

  Follow whatever instructions are there. And I think you then get ana email having to conffirm the email. Or maybe just keep your blog lying around in case you decide to come back to it. But you are the one that has to delete it though.
