Unsubscribe issues for our followers

  We have subscribers who have decided they no longer want the emails and are having trouble unsubscribing from our blog. Any ideas that could help us help them? Thanks!

  Hi. Could you be more specific as to the “trouble” they are having? Usually it’s as easy as clicking on a clearly marked unsubscription link at the bottom of the email and following the instructions from there?

  Two subscribers tell me that they have tried using the link but it does not work, doesn’t recognize them when they try to log-in to finish action.

  If you subscribers don’t have a WordPress.com blog, they should be able to unsubscribe using the following link. You don’t need a login, but you do need to enter your email to get a key to get in:
  http://subscribe.wordpress.com/

  If they do have WordPress.com blogs then there may be a bug if clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the post email is not working. I’ll flag this thread for Staff attention.
