I want to remove the auto bill on my account on the website indicated above. I want to remove all subscriptions whatsoever on my account including domain. I was trying to navigate it on your website and it is not visible anywhere, even try to search on how to do it, but no good instructions out there. seems it is always different. Your fast reply is highly appreciated. Thank you

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
