Unsubscribed can not subscribe again

I have three people who previously subscribed to my blog, unsubscribed, and now want to subscribe again. They enter their email, but they never receive the confirmation email. How can I help them subscribe?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please share what follows with them and if they have wordpress.com accounts and if required have them login and post here.

The three people are not WordPress users–they only want to receive the posts by email. None of them are trying to subscribe Gmail accounts. They are using MSN and Comcast. They have all checked their spam/junk mail folders.

Hi there,
I just replied to you via email, but those users have all three blocked us from sending them notification emails of any sort. They will need to go to https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ to change their subscription settings there before they’ll be able to receive notifications from your site.
