Unsuccessful with Uploading Header Pic

    Been on a free plan and was thinking about upgrading, however we have been unsuccessful n uploading header pic. First time this has happen since we’ve been with the free plan. Need assistance. Once again, thinking of upgrading as soon as this issue is resolved. Thank you

    What happens when you try to upload the image? Do you see an error message? When you are in the Media Library, what percentage of storage space has been used? You can see that in the top right corner and looks like https://cl.ly/431J353f223B
