Unsure about a certain part of integrating Stripe and WordPress. We’re trying to add 2 pricing plans to one product on the site, and we don’t know how to get that to show up in WordPress. This is the process in Stripe: Creating products and plans through the Stripe Dashboard;
1. Navigate to the Products section in the Dashboard.
2. Click New.
3. Click Recurring products.
4. Add a pricing plan.The Stripe rep we spoke to yesterday suggested we contacted WordPress and summed up what we need help with:
¨And if you want to connect Stripe account to your WordPress account, the best way you can do is to contact WordPress to get this sorted, since WordPress built their integration with Stripe and your account is used their platform, they’ll be the best to help you to set up the product subscription and they were able to assist for more troubleshooting steps and process.¨ Who can help with this? Thanks, Jo

Hi Jo,
your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy so we can’t really help with this.
I understand that you’re using WooCommerce on your site with the Stripe extension, is this correct?
If so, you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
You can also seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
Here, on these forums, we can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
