Unsure how to fix plugin message
-
I cannot login to my wordpress site. I keep getting this message:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home1/selfcaid/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
I do not have a w3 total cache plugin installed nor do I have a cache plugin. I am not quite sure what plugin it is referring to.

Hello there,
It looks like http://www.selfcaid.com is a self-hosted WordPress site with Bluehost, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
I hope this helps.
