Unsure of what to do

Hi, need your help I am currently writing/photo posting ‘my Life’s Journey’ and as now being 65 its a mammoth task. Currently I have my blog in dashboard and have to go to it via there always to work on. Question 1.: Can I post it as it is, and add to it as and when I want, if so how. [Currently I am up to when I was 28 so a long way to go.]
Question 2.: Is working on ones blog normally do via the dashboard?
Question 3.: when others wish to find my blog do the use my Name derekjohnmorrison or my log in name being aussieredback

Hi Derek!
If I understand correctly, you’re working on one big blog post that you haven’t yet published.
You certainly can post it as is; I might even suggest that you consider breaking the different periods of your life into a series of individual blog posts. You might be more comfortable publishing those as you go. :)
To publish a post, you’ll want to navigate to your dashboard, and then to the post you’ve been working in and click the blue publish button on the top right of the screen. This will publish that post to your site’s front page. And yes, you’re exactly right, the dashboard is where you write and edit your posts!
Finally, when others are looking for your blog, the best way for them to find you is going to be to give them your site address, like you did here.

Oh if I may,
just one other thing, can I change my site address for I have used my name on another blog which I am going to delete and wish to use my name instead of the current site address.
