Untitled theme – Background image

    I’m using the untitled theme and have bought the rights to customise it. I’m trying to upload a background image which it will let me then when it says it’s successful, it just turns back to plain white. I’ve tried emptying my cache and all that and still no image.
    Can anyone help?
