Untitled theme; carousel, photo display, font size
-
Hello. I’m using the Untitled theme, and I’m very frustrated.
1) Is this *really* the only set instructions for the Untitled theme: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/untitled ?
2) I’m finding lots of help videos about the features of WP.com and themes, but can you recommend source of instructions or tutorials for “dummies” on how to use WP?
3) How do I get rid of the carousel?
4) If a reader clicks on one of the images in a post, can the images show up in some sort of viewer that the reader can click through, rather than a single jpg just appearing in a new browser window?
5) I find the paragraph font size rather large. How can I adjust the default paragraph font?
Hope someone can help.

That is what I think because this theme has very few options.

This is the official set of documentation which explains almost everything with screenshots – http://en.support.wordpress.com/
3) How do I get rid of the carousel?
This can be done by adding a few lines of CSS. But for that you need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade.

The anchor tags wrapping the image needs the “thickbox” class for this to work. Here is a sample of how it should look.
<a class="thickbox" href="http://sensicology.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/obama-platoon.jpg"><img title="obama-platoon" src="http://sensicology.files.wordpress.com/2009/07/obama-platoon.jpg" alt="obama-platoon" width="68" height="80" /></a>Source: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/popup-box-for-images
5) How can I adjust the default paragraph font?
Again this requires the Custom Design upgrade.
