Untitled theme, Settings then Reading has a missing element on random days

See November 17 posting for http://www.avonwaters.com. The entire post shows instead of just the headline for that day’s blog posting. Reason is that the under “Settings” then under the “Reading” option, the place where I normally put the tag to limit the front page to only the headline is now missing. It reappeared for Nov. 18-Nov 22 but again is not there to only show the headlines for Nov. 23 and Nov. 24 posts.
Why is it now not showing under the settings and Readings options?

Hi there – I’m not sure what Settings->Reading option you’re talking about? None of the settings on that screen do what you describe. Rather, the Untitled theme shows a thumbnail and the title for posts with a set featured image. All of your other posts have a featured image, but the post in question does not:
