"Untitled" Theme's Posting Template

Howdy,
I thought I’d try out the “Untitled” Theme downloaded from WordPress.org, and all of my blog posts (Standard Format) are displayed left-justified on my homepage. Here’s a link to my site:
Was I wrong thinking that the default format was center-justified, or was something altered before it was made available for WP.org users ? I’ve also noticed that there are no template options available on the post editing page (such as full-width). Is this normal for the theme, or am I missing something ?
