  Hi! My client has a very old blog with WordPress.com: https://milgrimplasticsurgery.wordpress.com
  The main website is also built in WordPress: milgrimplasticsurgery.com
  We do not have the login information and we don’t even know to which email address was used when the blog was created. We would like to delete this blog and create a new one.
  Can you please indicate us how to proceed: which documentation you need from Dr. Milgrim to claim the blog?

  Hello @ranberkmanwebtools,

  It looks like milgrimplasticsurgery.com is using the self hosted version of WordPress, but we can help you with the milgrimplasticsurgery.wordpress.com account.

  If you don’t remember the email associated with the wordpress.com site, you’ll need to fill out the Account Recovery Form which you can read more about here.

  That should get the process started on claiming the old blog.

  You can try the lost password recovery form linked to above by adding the username lmilgrim and hopefully the email address used when the wordpress.com site was created can still be accessed. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/lmilgrim/
