Unusual traffic to my blog

  Yesterday, and continuing today, I have had a lot (for my blog, anyway) of traffic through a particular WordPress site that re-blogged one of my posts a couple of weeks ago. Since the original re-blogging, I have had only one or two views through their site, but yesterday I received more than 20, and nearly as many today! Would love to think that suddenly people are flocking to see what they’ve been missing, but think that it is more likely to be something odd going on. Could someone offer any insight?
