Unwanted ad or spam link in my blog

  An apparent ad sometimes appears in the comments on my blog. It says “Please click the red button” and the word “red” is colored in green. There are 5 colored buttons. I did not put it there. How did it get there? It looks spammy and I don’t trust it. Can I get rid of it?
