Unwanted Automatic Domain Renewal with Premium Upgrade

  I want to cancel a domain renewal that was part of my premium upgrade so that I can create a new domain. How can I do this without being charged again?

  Howdy,

  I’ve disconnected your domain from your bundle, so you can use the bundle credit to purchase a new domain at no charge.

  Please note, though, that we can’t simply “undo” a renewal. Due to the distributed nature of the domain name system, once the renewal is made, we can either let is stand or cancel the domain outright.

  In this case, please let me know what you’d like to do. If you’d like to keep this one and add a new one, consider it a one-time freebee on us. :-)
