Unwanted bar on page

  I have a bar at the bottom, just above my footer and it show the page title in really small letters and the it says previous and next? I did not put this there and don’t know how to get rid of it…please help asap!

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or perhaps support for the specific theme you’re using.
