  I have recently begun getting emails from this account at Word Press, ‘TheCoachesTeam’. I have not subscribed to this blog and I never would. How did this blogger get onto my subscriptions? This is a very Conservative blogger whom I think is actually a spammer or a bot. Please investigate. I’m getting 10 or more emails a day to my email account.

  No problem. Your subscriptions can be managed via Reader – Followed Sites – Manage

  In the email there should be an “unsubscribe” option too. Typically that’s at the very bottom.
