Unwanted cookies appeared in my blog, what do I do?

Using the option recover as bingbot, this is what I find in my website, I think not only in this page but in others too. I am having problems with my other website, http://itranslationsenglish.com
Although I advertised it in UK I haven´t had any views from there. Is this the problem? Can I do anythingg to fi unwanted shortlinkx this?HTTP/1.1 200 OK

I think you can safely ignore the “x-hacker” comment. All WordPress.com sites run on nginx servers and the comment appears to be another advert that Automattic, WordPress.com’s parent company, is putting out for hiring new employees. The shortlink wp.me/P3Tbfy-1> resolves to your own site URL itranslationspanish.com
