unwanted fine black line on JPEG edge

  There is an unwanted fine black line on the left edge of a .jpg file I uploaded to a post in wordpress.

  It’s in this post, in the first image, which is a drawing I scanned and not a photo: http://leafstitchword.wordpress.com/2011/09/10/speak-memory-about-a-dress/

  I looked at the HTML code for this image and didn’t see anything out of order. I tried deleting it and uploading it again.

  Any suggestions? I’ve searched the Forums and haven’t yet found a solution. Thanks!

  That line is part of the image itself. You need to edit it in an image editing application and re-upload it.
