unwanted old domain map w/charge on card

I have been through the site again and again to find where/why/how to STOP a $13 domain map charge that pops up on my card annually (thru PayPal) for WordPress. It is in the process again and I need to stop it – I have no need of this. Under domains there is nothing to set or reset that shows any active domain map. How can I talk to a person to help fix this?

Thank you. The “why was I charged” page/app [wpchrg.wordpress.com] is able to find the charge and tell me what it’s for but I have no way to go see it or undo it. Nothing showed for open charges up to even a few weeks ago, and no domain mapping is shown anywhere either. Thx.

Is it possible you need to be logged in with a different username account other than this one?

I did, and nothing is there. IF I have a separate account, how can I find it other than plugging in old, no-longer-used email addresses (that I no longer have access to)? I need to have someone at WP stop the annual charges, or someone to help me locate a second, old, unused account that this bill is tied to so I can cancel it. This is where having a human being to talk to, like in the good ol days, is MUCH better and smother than ‘modern methods.’ ;) Thanks.
