It is only marked private for those who search for it on google or use the www address. Those who read it by a link can still read it.

I visited your site https://hoscalle.wordpress.com/ and found the blog set to private, as seen on the screenshot link below.
3. I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose. Select this option to make your site private. If you want specific people to be able to view it (and add comments, if you’ve enabled them), you’ll need to invite them to be a viewer.
You can add your friends as viewers by following the instruction here:

Well, the problem is that I haven’t markt it as private and I want anyone who want to be able to read it. I don’t want it to be private. I have tried to mark it as private and then unmark it but it didn’t help either. Something is wrong.
Obviosly I have to get in contact with someone who can fix that, but who? and where? -

Your site is still set to private. You need to change it to public if you want people to be able to visit:
-
Well. The problem is that my site IS set to public! There’s clearly something wrong here!
-
Very strange.
Well, I reset it to private and then set it to public again and it seems to have stuck this time. I can view the site as a logged out user now.
