Unwanted renewal
-
Hello, we were recently charged for a site we did not wish to renew. How can we get our money refunded and our tenderelderlycare.com subscription canceled for good?

Hi @onicreative, I’ve split your comment into a new forum thread, since the original topic you posted on was already resolved.
I see a few domain renewals on this account, but they aren’t associated with tenderelderlycare.com. Can you log out, and log back in using your other account? Then we can sort out refunds and what not.

Just to confirm, you want to cancel your business plan, as well as the domain, tenderelderlycare.com, for a full refund?
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. So we need specific confirmation that you definitely want to cancel the domain.
You can also cancel only the plan and keep the domain, if you prefer, in which case the refund for the plan only will be $300 plus tax.

Yes please I would like to cancel both the plan and the domain for a full refund. Thanks

Thanks for confirming, I have canceled your plan and domain and issued a full refund.
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.
Also, in some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
