Unwanted Renewal of Domain Name-Repost

    I did receive the emails notifying me that my domain name was due for renewal. I followed the instructions provided, signed into the account and ensured that NO credit card information was on file as I DID NOT want this domain renewed. Yet apparently WordPress hid a copy of my credit card somewhere else, because the site was renewed anyway and my card charged. PLEASE provide assistance as I DO NOT want this domain renewed.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any upgrades connected to this account. What is the domain, please?

    If you bought a domain using a different username on WordPress.com, please reply here as that username as I cannot cancel a domain or process a refund if it doesn’t come from the user who owns the upgrade.
