Email: [redacted by mod]Recently I’m getting frequent new register user’s in my mail account. We do not having registration page in our site. We have no idea from where there are registration. Please help us to block Spam user .

Hi there, it sounds like your site is using the open source WordPress software. You’ll want to seek help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums
If memory serves me correctly, you should be able to turn off new user registrations in your dashboard at WP-Admin -> Settings -> General

@Justjennifer. Thanks for your replay. I have already done that .Still we are receiving a new spam user are register in the my site. And still we are facing this issues. We are running this site for past 5 years but we are facing this issues last week. How can we stop new Spam user? May I know you why it is happen?
